STRATEGY & NAMING

We have prepared for Pratum the brand communication strategy for the client. The leading values of the building complex are nature and prestige. Everything here is made with respect for nature, surrounded by lush and diverse vegetation, hence our idea for the name Pratum, which in Latin means meadow.

LOGO

We have designed an elegant logotype with personalized typography, as well as a signet – an abstract symbol inspired by floral motifs, based on an element extracted from the letter A in the logotype. We wanted to visually merge the two core ideas of the brand: prestige and nature.

KEY VISUAL

The key visual is based on a noble color palettee and minimalist compositions, complemented by elegant and modern typography.

Although PRATUM is an investment in Poland, we have created a set of promotional materials for the international investors.

WEB DESIGN

As part of building a cohesive brand image, we also designed a website for Pratum. We took care of every detail – from photography to an extensive icon system presenting the most attractive advantages of the investment.

PHOTOGRAPHY & PROMO VIDEO

The scope of our work included creating and editing a promotional video. We also carried out a photo session of the building complex, its surroundings and local attractions. The goal was to capture the spirit of Pratum and the extraordinary, magical atmosphere of Masuria. Photographs have appeared across all promotional and branding materials.
