HISTORICAL BACKGROUND
The industrial plant "Cukrownia" in the city of Pruszcz Gdański, established in 1881, was a great cornerstone of the local economy for decades. From its heyday through the post-war reconstruction period, until its closure in 2004, the factory was an integral part of the town's identity.
IDEA
The logo reflects the idea of the development as a place that brings people together and provides all essential services. Each letter of the word CUKROWNIA is enclosed within a circle/point, which together form a dynamic, versatile, and vibrant mark.
KEY VISUAL
The Key Visual of Cukrownia is built on timeless layouts, where vibrant colors meet warm and positive photography. The distinctive logo blends seamlessly with underlined headlines and dotted icons. Together, these elements create the unique character of Cukrownia.
The graphic icon language was directly inspired by the logo, adopting its circular and spherical forms. These shapes are also reflected throughout the wayfinding system, creating a cohesive visual identity.
Business line
Business materials in Cukrownia’s key visual are built around shades of gray complemented by carefully selected colors. The use of gray tones lends the materials a more refined and professional character, while the accents of color add vibrancy and balance, ensuring the overall communication feels both serious and approachable.
